Spiritual Life Coaching
What is Spiritual Life Coaching?
Anyone who has followed Christ for any length of time—regardless of denomination, liturgy, or church background—knows that life has dry seasons, wilderness moments, and challenges. You may feel like a failure, wonder if God is upset with you, or think you’ve done something wrong. These seasons affect your daily life, relationships, and decisions.
So what do you do?
I’ve personally turned to Spiritual Life Coaches more than once. They helped me deepen my faith, find contentment in the situation I was in (Philippians 4:11–13), and take the right steps of faith for that particular season.
I love helping people navigate these seasons and grow closer to Christ. You’re not broken—you just need a helping hand. (Ecclesiastes 4:12)
Isn't this like Life Coaching?
Yes, there are similarities—but it all depends on where you’re starting from. In life coaching, a coach might ask, “What do you want to talk about today?” A Spiritual Life Coach asks, “What about your faith do you want to talk about today?”
Life coaching may or may not include faith. Spiritual Life Coaching begins there—because your faith touches every part of your life. Strengthen it, and it will lift everything and everyone around you
